Change Management

Faster innovation cycles, an increase in the importance of information technology and growing internationalization of business activities are the dominant features of commercial operations today. The consequence of this a shortening of change process cycles.
The challenge for management is therefore no longer the question "How do I design a change process?" in the sense of the classical Unfreeze -> Move -> Freeze, but "How do I steer continuous change in the company?".

Don't just believe, but know

As in Corporate Development, transparency is absolutely essential for successful change management. A detailed model of the enterprise, in which the impact of changes can also be analysed in advance, opens up the possibility of planning change processes and estimating their influence on all business areas involved.

TopEase supports the enterprise throughout the change cycle

The documentation of the As-Is situation in TopEase XBench is used in the analysis phase to identify weaknesses. With the aid of a To-Be model likewise modelled in TopEase XBench, an automated GAP analysis can be performed to identify the gaps between the As-Is situation and the To-Be situation. On the basis of the GAP report generated, a road map is drawn up which serves as a template for the project plan.

Speaking one language

The reports generated with TopEase XBench facilitate communication in the project team and thus play an essential part in helping to ensure that the change project runs smoothly.
